But what about cases by or against that corporation or individual that are extant but not yet finalized?
A judgement search may well be clear but the very existence of a High Court Case involving the corpo- ration or individual could have a dramatic impact on their immediate financial future.
CourtCert is a cloud-based service allowing users to conduct a search of Irish High Court Cases so as to establish whether a corporation or individual is or has been involved in High Court Litigation. Even a Plaintiff in such a case has a potential massive costs exposure.
The High Court Case Database combined with the Smart Search System developed by CourtCert allows for the input of the target’s name which then gener- ates a certificate of results allowing the user to see at a glance the true contingent position thereby better informing the user of the true picture.
